The preparation of orders is carried out from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays. In order to guarantee a smooth delivery of your order, all our packages have trackable shipping - delivery on signature. Orders are shipped within one to two working day(s). Shipping costs are automatically calculated as your order is confirmed, based upon the delivery destination and the chosen shipping method.

NB: The regulations to which the transport of perfume is subject generate additional taxes. These additional costs are included in our transport costs. All shipments of flammable products must be declared and shipped as dangerous goods. This includes perfumes. Alcohol is a flammable substance and requires special packaging and a complicated transportation process. Due to this strict transportation regulation, transportation costs are more expensive. It also means that there could be delays in shipping. We are not allowed to send items containing alcohol (perfumes) to certain countries. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Amirius Paris offers delivery from a certain amount depending on the destination.You can check the shipping costs that are applied to your destination by selecting your country in the drop-down menu. If you benefit from free shipping, the shipping costs will be offered on the final payment page.

The recipient may then request a second delivery or may pick up the package from the post office designated on the notification. The package must be picked up within 15 days; after this period, the package is returned to the sender. Any costs associated with a second delivery

ORDER RECEIPT
The order preparation is performed from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Thus orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. The customer is responsible for verifying the state of his/her order and its contents upon its arrival. The customer must also write down any concerns or issues on the delivery notification if the package appears to have been
opened, damaged or suffered any other mishandling. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package, explaining clearly why. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your package with details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is and Amirius Paris cannot be held liable for any incidental damage from shipping and transportation.

The parcel(s) will be delivered directly to the address indicated at the time of the order. In case of absence a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. It is your responsibility to ensure that you collect the package in time according to the instructions left by the carrier; Amirius Paris declines all responsibility in the event of non-withdrawal of the goods. However, if you have not received any delivery notice after the delivery time communicated, remember to check the progress of your package or contact Amirius Paris by e-mail at info@amiriusparis.com. In the event that the "Pick up in store" option was selected as the delivery address when you placed your order, an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of the availability of your order.
